Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Nice and comfy for long walks and good quality
Rab Helix Capri
Nickel colour, excellent material. The only downside is the lack of length between the waistband and top of leg. Unless you pull them down low and wear very low on hips almost which isn't flattering, the alternative is to wear them on the waist, but have a very unpleasant look going on if you get my drift.... they really need to be another few inches in that area. I am average height, so for any one tall, they would be uncomfortable.

Bought these for a touring holiday in Nepal, living out of a bag. These trousers were comfortable and practical. Good fit and deep pockets. Never looked crumpled even though they were packed and unpacked many times.

Used these last week for the first time. Felt so comfortable. Side pocket was deep enough for my mobile & house keys so did not need to take a bag of any sort. Well worth the money..will probably get some more. As always a fantastic fab product
