Middy Shock Winder bungs not only allow you to finely tune the tension of your elastic by winding it on and off to your requirements, but the screw in bung remover can also be extended to any length you wish, meaning that now you can fish a short piece of elastic with the bung well up the section (hollow elastics works better at short lengths in the pole) without having to worry about if you'll ever be able to get it out of the section again.

These work well. You do need for stronger elastic as the winding part on the 8-14 wont cope with thick elastic. Don't cut more than one "step" off at a time after initial measure as I damaged one. The extension screw retrievers work well and are really good - not available in other makes.
