As used by many Mountain Rescue Teams, Harvey Maps are made for walkers, by walkers.

The Harvey Cheviot Hills Superwalker map for walkers covers the Borders region from Yetholm to Wooler in the north, through Ingram to Alwinton in the south.

The Cheviot, Newton Tors and Kirknewton are covered, and the map includes the northern section of the Pennine Way from Brownhart Law to Kirk Yetholm, showing public footpaths and bridleways.

The map shows rights of way, car parking, use of land, and impassable woods. Also cliffs, rocky ground, marshes, walls and fences on the open hill, telephone boxes, and mountain rescue posts.

  • Clear, easy to use, waterproof. GPS compatible
  • 1:25,000 scale
  • Includes the detail you need for sure navigation and safety
  • Plus useful information and important telephone numbers and the National Grid for accurate reference
  • Supplied in a clear plastic pocket

HARVEY produce clear, detailed and waterproof maps for walkers, compiled from original aerial surveys and field checked by their experienced surveyors, who are dedicated hill-walkers themselves.

HARVEY maps are easy to use, of a manageable size, and contain information on safety and services, and useful telephone numbers. They use clear print so they're easy to read, and care is taken so that no administrative symbols obscure the picture, as can be the case with some other maps.
