Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Warm comfortable and waterproof, you cant beat that. Has adjustment to the cuffs and.jacket bottom to stop wind and does a great job. I use this alot already and wouldn't be without it. Great product
Warm and comfortable although small size is a snug fit for a 36 inch chest making it difficult to wear anything too bulky underneath.
