These socks were additional pairs needed for a DofE silver expedition. When we opened the package the night before the expedition there was alternative solution but to remove the tag ourselves meaning we had to damage the socks. (We are more than an hour away from the store.) I emailed GoOutdoors but they said they had no control of their warehouse! Wow, no offer of a replacement pair of socks even. Great customer service, not!
