Easy shelter for one or two campers, made for comfort and convenience.
The Vango Tango 200 is a compact tent with room for two (or a solo camper with a lot of gear) that's built for comfort and convenience.
It pitches all-in-one so the interior always stays dry, and comes with extra poles so you can prop open the door to make a canopy that shelters the entrance. The inner tent is made from darker 'Lighs Out' fabric that keeps the interior dark and cool, helping you get a better night's sleep without being woken by early dawn light, and the generous headroom lets you sit up comfortably when you're inside.
It's ideal for quick weekend breaks, great for festivals, and perfect for first-time campers.
Flysheet and inner pitch together - quick and easy to pitch and pack
Roll back the door for a completely open porch or prop it up with poles to shelter the entrance
Conveniently positioned lantern hanging points

Comes in handled carry bag for easy transportation to and from the campsite
Vango Protex® 70 denier polyester flysheet, 3000mm HH - highly waterproof, durable and reliable Vango PowerFlex® fibreglass poles - strong, light and reliable Waterproof PE groundsheet - robust and hardwearing Breathable polyester inner allows condensation to pass through Weather tested to the European standard EN5912 by certified test centre Fire retardant fabrics meet European EN5912 safety standard All flysheet and groundsheet seams are factory taped, giving a water tight seal
i bought 2 of these to go with an old Vango trek 200.
excellent space and the door poles came in really useful. shame its only in blue but the blackout inside works really well. excellent nights sleep for a tired wolf cub leader.

Great Tent For Price
I needed a cheap tent for D of E supervision weekends to stand in for my old Force 10 being off for repair. This tent has so far been spot on. I really like the side entry and dark inner tent. I found the space inside adequate with all my kit but imagine that 2 people may find it a little cosy. I am happy to use this tent for weekends but would prefer something larger for longer stays away. The tent is well made and packs easily into the bag. It is also easy to pitch especially if you leave the inner attached.

Bought this from GO as a replacement for a faulty item purchased and returned to another supplier. From 2017 this has changed colour from Apple green to River Blue and the bag has changed from a wide mouthed pull tight bag to a zip opening bag. Took this tent to France to try out and found there were insufficient pegs to make a full pitch. the changes I have found are that the webbing is not now reflective . The lantern hanging points have shifted to hanging in the 2 front corners rather than the central ends. Found that the inner tent does brush up against the flysheet and could attract condensation, but that could just be a minor adjustment on my part. Doesn't feel the same quality as the original tent. Really wouldn't pay the full retail price for this tent. On the whole it is a good tent for 1 plus motorcycle gear having space inside plus the porch area. PS would recommend having a small groundsheet to place in the porch area
IMO Vango may have some quality issues in their .factory.

Good, but not great
This is not a two person tent. Luckily it was only needed for myself. I can barely lie across the tent (6ft 2in). As a one person tent it is good, but not great. Could do with more height also

I recently bought this tent a canping I was going on and it stood up well to the rain we got in the forest.
Isn't a two man tent and sitting up in he middle means your head is touching the inner but that isn't a problem for me.
If your wanting to this on hikes, it'll do the job but it's it a bit heavy and bulky. Anything else and you'd be fine.

More or less works
This tent is marketed as a two person tent. Yes, fine, as long as the two people are dwarfs and know each other really, really well.
I am a 6'3" bloke, and lying diagonally across the tent I can just about get enough space, but this is very tight. I have not got enough room to lie along the long axis of the tent, and when sitting comfortably in the tent, my head is pushing against the inner lining. Two-man tent? Nah...
On the plus side, if put up correctly this tent withstands heavy rain and high winds and does not leak, flap about wildly or collapse. It is relatively easy to put up and take down, and does the job, it simply isn't really big enough to be termed a 2-man tent.

Great little tent
Bought for an overnight camp at a mountain bike event instead of taking my larger tent. it went up really quick & easy plus it was christened by a prolonged torrential downpour overnight, which it stood up to really well to. Some slight condensation inside even with the vents open, but I’ve owned more expensive tents where this has been a lot worse. Slept comfy & looking forward to use it again for the short duration camps. For the price it is spot on.
