Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. The length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
They are not insulated very well at all. Perfect for conditions down to 5 degrees max. Not really waterproof I went out in light rainfall and was not expecting to get wet at all but I did. They have been removed from my hiking attire to my dog walks. They are ok at best because of the price.

If you want to go outdoors, first Go Outdoors
(Review for older model of this product - Hi Gear Men's Insulated Alaska Trousers (Long))
I purchased the men’s Alaska pants from Go Outdoors, because my wife wears the pants in our family and she was so happy with hers, she insisted I bought a pair. A few weeks earlier we bought matching Berghaus waterproof jackets, the week before two matching LED torches.
The staff at Berwick upon Tweed branch are so knowledgeable and friendly, the only problem is that when we are geared up in identical kit we look like twins instead of husband and wife.
This week we are in The Cairngorms, next week Norway, able to safely go outdoors thanks to Go Outdoors.

(Review for older model of this product - Hi Gear Men's Insulated Alaska Trousers (Long))
I ordered the product online and when it was delivered was initially disappointed, the trousers appear thinner than I would have imagined however the insulating layer does a very good job and they are surprisingly warm. The trousers are thin which allows a good level of freedom of movement. Would recommend.

spot on!! affordable and warm
(Review for older model of this product - Hi Gear Men's Insulated Alaska Trousers (Long))
Great trousers for the price. I used them today for fishing. Was nice and warm in the cold Scottish weather. Rained slightly and they appeared to keep me dry. I went for long and they are 33" length and perfect size for my 34" legs. Definitely recommend and about to buy another 2 pair
