Falcon Wi-Fi Wireless Rear View Reversing Camera

Bought a WiFi camera of the shelf as have purchased from falcon before and know their products are good,seeing in go outdoors thought they must be good to be in store was an easy setup once I knew how to download the app thanks to the helpful staff when I phoned falcon helpline well impressed with both the product and service

I considered buying this 2 weeks before I did. I always want to know more so I emailed Falcon on 15/10/2018. I did not receive a reply! Thinking it is just one of those things (like you do) I went ahead anyway and bought the camera from GO Warrington on 20/10/2018. The staff at GO were Excellent as always. Thank you. I set up the camera and noted that the image as seen from the tablet/phone/Aguri satnav is reversed. Is this to be expected? I don't know. So today I telephoned Falcon. Another reviewer here said Chris at Falcon is a delight to deal with. I should be so lucky. The first woman I spoke to (in MY opinion) couldn't have been more disinterested. However she promised to get the technical department to phone me back. I waited, no call. I called again. The 2nd woman I spoke to was (in MY opinion) curt, surly, disinterested and rude. I asked if the tech. dept. could call me soon, she told me they are busy and I can't just expect them to call me when I choose but they will call me before 4.30pm but her tone and manner left me wishing I had never bought the camera. Anyhoo, 4.30pm came and went. No call. No delightful Chris. It's that bit were you ask "what now?" Is the camera normal or not? Is there any point in 'chasing' what is obviously a company disinterested in it's customers? If I had read THIS review I would not have bought the camera. Shame on you Falcon. And I hope GO take note.

Falcon wireless reversing camara

Sooo, even though I’ve been driving for 25 years I still can’t reverse park. I normally just drive around until I can find a space I can drive into easily! Not anymore, this has revolutionised and not to mention opened up half the street for me to park in!!!

Fine quality product with crystal clear picture when viewed via the iPhone app. Simplicity itself to set up and install. The magnet creates a very strong contact and wouldn't allow the camera to slip off. Chris at Falcon is a delight to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending Falcon or their products.

Excellent product, clarity is clear and signal strength excellent. Easy to set up, easy to charge even easier to take off and store safety.
