doesn't keep warm enough
I filled this with hot water first for 5 mins and then put tea in at 7.30 but it was nearly cold at 2.30 so not good to keep brews warm all day.

Bought this for my daughter to take a hot chocolate to secondary school, by break time it was nearly cold! If I can find receipt it will be returned! Only got it last week.
