Built using the same super-comfortable, semi-asymmetric last found in their top-selling shoe, Boreal's Alpha Climbing Shoe is perfect for beginners who are finding their feet.
Their low-tension integrated rand system relieves pressure on your foot, the one-piece construction providing durable support that retains its shape over time.
The unlined microfibre upper feels comfortable next to the skin, and they also use Boreal's Cushioned Heel System (CHS) which places an EVA shock absorbing insert under the heel to cushion and protect the foot.
They provide the ideal blend of edging support and long-lasting friction, due to the medium stiffness midsole paired with the sticky and durable Zenith Quattro rubber outsole.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet.
Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.
I got recommended these shoes by the sales assistant after explaining I’d be using mainly for indoor climbing but some outdoors as well. I used them for the first time on outdoor trad climbs and once the smooth bottoms became rough from the rocks I could not fault them, I trust my feet aren’t going to slip away from underneath me which was a huge confidence issue that I had with my old shoes, also I can wear them for prolonged periods due to their comfort.
