Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

These are the second pair of Five Tens I have owned. Great shoes, grip and hard wearing, so far at least.
All I will say is that you may need to go up a size, or just a half if needs be. As Five Tens always seem to come up smaller than advertised.

They are a very good flat pedal mtb shoe. The sole feels like it literally sticks to the pedal.
I gave 4 stars as the sizing is about 1 to 1and a 1/2 sizes out. I take a size 9 - 91/2 had to order an 11 and they fit comfortably, I've worn them for 8hrs and they are new so not ' worn in '.
Sizing small. I'm a 10.5 but the 11 is too tight.
