CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

DIDN'T GET FLEECED !
Bought Burnt Tika in XL and fitted my long back and arms well, I'm 6'4" as a guide for buying online. Washed well and so impressed went and bought another the same size and color . The second I think cost me £4 there seemed to be some sort of offer on top of the sale if 2 are bought..
