Performance-boosting fuel for your MSR canister stove.
MSR IsoPro is an 80/20 blend of isobutane and propane, with the purest isobutane (5% or less n-butane) of any canister fuel.
This clean-burning formulation maintains higher internal pressure at lower temperatures than standard butane/propane mixtures, giving you superior cold weather performance and more consistent output over the life of the canister.
This 4 oz. canister is sized to fit inside the MSR 1.0L Reactor® Stove System.

Purchased 2no with a MSR Pocket Rocket II inc. mini solo kit which it neatly fits into upside down. I've not used a stove in a while and previously only the pierce type butane canisters but it was easy to simply pull off replaceable plastic tab and screw the stove on. Screwing on & off does release some gas to my surprise.
Can't yet fairly compare with other brands as I've only used this one so far, though others have informed me it is the best in cold weather. I can say it performed very well in conjunction with my new Alpkit Brukit stove in a snow hole in the Cairngorms in February 2016. I had no problems lighting it even after being left out on the snow all night. It reheated approximately 6 meals in bags, refilled two coffee/tea flasks, enabled several much needed hot toddies and provided a source of heat. It ran out after breakfast the following morning. If being used by just one person even the smallest canister should be more than sufficient for an overnight stay or a couple of days in such conditions.
Very useful. Quick delivery
