Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Collar: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.
Chest: Measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.
Waist: Measure the natural waistline.
Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch to where your trouser is normally worn on the shoe.
Jacket Length: Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. The length measurement will vary depending on the style.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
If you are cycling through the Highlands of Scotland mid winter I'd probably give this a miss.
However for weekend riding with a bit of rain and wind, perfect, and motorists will have no excuse for not seeing you coming (unless they're on their phone ??).

No frills wind breaker

Zip broke within 6 weeks
I liked his product when I first bought it - it's a bit basic, but it fit me well, kept me visible in the dark, and kept the wind out.
However the zip jammed and broke after about weeks. I had probably worn it about ten times at most - nothing too wearing. The zip mechanism jammed, then the two sides came apart and the zipper dropped to the floor. When it jammed there was nothing stuck *in* the zipper - no threads, no material - it just failed to operate the zip teeth.
