No wonder they are 3 for the price of two. Sock wore through after 2 weeks. Dont waste your hard earned and buy a quality sock instead !!!!!
This was a repeat order, as have been happy with these socks before. Good quality, wear well, with good ‘padding’ on heels and toes. Well recommended!
Great quality and value
These are thin enough for everyday wear, thicker than a normal everyday sock but not excessively so that they require a bigger shoe. Nice and warm and soft. Great value for a 50% merino sock.
Bought to go with new boots - so far very warm and comfortable.
Does what it says on the label
Perfectly acceptable socks that were great value in the recent 3 for 2. I've worn them for about four days and you can already feel that the elastic is loosening. Nevertheless, they're comfy and perfectly fine for everyday wear but I will continue to wear my Bridgedales for anything more than that.
Great value especially in the 3 for 2 offer
The difference good socks makes when walking is astounding! My boots felt brand new, and five hours out and about was a walk in the park (figuratively - and for a short while literally).
Had these for 4 months now. Really warm and comfortable on long hikes. No issues with holes as others have suggested. Highly recommend for the price
Keep my feet really warm in the snow.
Seem to be well made so should last for a while.
Bought a few of these and found, over time. Holes started to develop near the toes area. Could be my toes, that are creating them. Threw a few pairs away for that reason.
Design Improvement = please make the toe area of these sock more dense or stronger. Thus preventing holes from developing.
Overall = think these socks are good and I used the only pair I have left ( these have holes in them) as a base-sock. They worked well to keep me warm underneath another pair of thick wool socks.
Having spent more than double the cost of these socks on 1 pair ( another brand) these for me are way better . Warmer . Calf area not as tight .comfy .and great wearing . At the price your paying there great value . I haven't done any hill walking in them yet so i can't comment on how they would be . ..
I'm an inept but keen mountain' road and beach cyclist as well as dog walker.
I'm really heavy on footwear and fussy about the wet and the cold.
I bought a single pair to try (wife bought two pairs to make the 3 for 2 offer up..) They are just great, Merino keeps it's insulating properties even when wet.. and they're really lusciously thickly comfortable in boots and on the bike.. I'll be buying some more next time I'm in Berwick...
Nice and comfortable in normal boots, but in my work boots they keep sliding down perhaps if I wear two pairs they'll work better.
My boots have never felt so comfortable
Used these socks for a eight hour hike the other weekend and I wouldn't have known as I was wearing them. Perfect height for my 5.11 ATAC boots. Very comfortable and kept my feet in condition despite getting wet after a river crossing. Very impressed and they held up well in the washer.
Great socks for the price, used with approach boots and did the job very well. Comfortable and nice to put on again after a day of climbing.
great price for merino socks - not much better than merino (in my opinion!) comfortable socks, plenty of padding for the longer walks ! size 8-10 i bought being a size 11 and fits comfortably still !
Worn an hole in them less than a month old very disappointing
