- Heated in boiling water, your food is ready in 7-8 minutes. No need to slave over a stove.

Major yummy
After a hard day on Duke of Edinburgh Silver - walking Long Mynd in baking hot sun - it replaced lost energy and tasted darn nice - only problem was fighting off everyone else who wanted some!!!!!

This pud doesn't quite hit the spot. In fact the taste buds rebelled and have tried to swap with fellow campers gave up as no rackets after 3 people tried a spoonful !!!
Great food, a bit expensive
I have used these meals a few times now but it's quite expensive, there are not many calories in them and after a days hiking you need to re-fuel, two is usually enough but then thats about £10 per meal (which could get you a decent pub meal instead) - We would love to see a cheaper option. However, the food is nice and nobody else does an epic all day breakfast like these guys....
Buy them if you dont mind spending the money as they are great, but there are cheaper alternatives out there like the "look at what we found" range in Waitrose and ASDA and they have more calories (3 x as many)

Bought 6 of these for my son and friends for D of E expedition. Waste of money they thought the taste and look was disgusting and ended up throwing away.
Edible but expensive
Very sweet sauce and very dense sponge. It would be nice served warm on the mountain if you had nothing else with you, but not the best tasting. Packaging is excessive considering the size of the contents, which makes it difficult to get into a solo pot.
I would suggest going to the supermarket and getting two long life puddings for a quarter of the cost.
