A powerful, rechargeable LED Headlamp with max 600 lumens for any extreme outdoor adventure.
The rechargeable Ledlenser MH10 LED headlamp is the one to pack for any extreme adventure. It's comfortable to wear, with two selectable modes that let you control the light output sequence, from power to low power or low power to high power. Ledlenser's 'Advanced Focus System' optics are activated with a simple turn of the sliver front ring to speed focus the light into a flood beam for near illumination, or spot beam for distance illumination. The light can also be directed within an angle of 65° simply by tilting the head of the lamp up or down.
The MH10 has been developed (in conjunction with Ledlenser’s PRO-Team of Outdoor Ambassadors) to be simple and intuitive to use in the field: the front switch is perfectly positioned to be easy to use even with gloves, there is a low battery warning incorporated and an indicator to show the charged-up level of the battery whilst recharging. It comes with two colour filters, so that white light can be changed to either red or green light if required. It also has a rear red safety light, and a transport lock to stop accidental battery drain.
Recharging is fast and efficient via a USB 3.0 cable (provided) which will charge the lamp up to 80% capacity in three hours.

More information on click & CollectThere are other reviews commenting on the torch dimming after a couple of minutes. This is no longer an issue and the MH10 is great head torch as you would expect from Lenser.
Also, Lenser customer services are fantastic to deal with, they are very knowledgeable and easy to contact..
You get 600 lumens for a couple of minutes or so, then the light dims. Lenser know about this but fail to point out this 'feature' anywhere on the packaging or instructions. Supposedly, the dimming is to prevent over heating that could be a danger to the user and / or head torch, according to Lenser customer services.
Manufacturers are required to be honest about their product's capabilities and the box and ads say 600 lumens for 120 hours??? Nope...you get 600 lumens for around 2 minutes.
Good headlight that gives a decent long range beam and adjustable to flood, lightweight and comfortable to wear, however the strap keeps in adjusting itself and gets loose on the head, very annoying.
I'm so disappointed with this headtorch. I've now purchased two and both have the same fault: the light starts at 600 lumens and is fantastic. After 2 minutes the light drops significantly. A further 2 minutes and it drops again and I can barely see the path ahead.
So many good reviews for this torch but I've had 2 from Go Outdoors now and both have been terrible.
Really bright light with lots of "smart" options such as when you first switch it on it subsequent presses of the power button will reduce the brightness, but after a while that function is disabled so a single press will switch the torch off meaning you don't have to cycle through the settings every time you want switch off. The included red and green filters are very good and the battery pack is comfortable. I wouldn't recommend the torch for running though, I think the battery pack would bounce too much and slide down the head, but walking around it fine.
Bit pricier than the average headtorch, but worth it. The headline 600 lumens is great, but I bought this for the mid power setting which boasts good battery life (so good for day/night/day runs. Doesn’t have all the fancy self adjusting settings of pricey petzls, but I didn’t really want that. Just wanted good power and battery without being too heavy on the head. Good feature to lock so doesn’t accidentally get turned on in your bag. Also good you can change the power button cycle from high/med/low to low/med/high. Comes with a nice pouch to store in.
You pay slightly more for this but IMHO its worth it. Great volume of light plus a light to wear comfortable headlamp. Long battery life.
purchased this at Go Outdoors at a cracking price very bright love it, I've got cheaper ones but the quality of this outshines the rest.
I had such high hopes for this headtorch - 600 lumens & rechargeable battery (I hate to think how many AAA's I've used in my old headtorch).
I charged the battery fully prior to its first outing. I started to notice the light gradually dimming as I was using the torch, at 1st I thought it was my eyes accustoming to the brightness. It wasn't my eyes! I turned off and back on again and it went back to full power for 2-3 mins before dimming again. Is it a safety mode to stop the lamp overheating?? No it isn't as it still dims when the lamp is on the lowest brightness setting. I tried recharging the battery but it made no difference. I returned it for a refund as the store didn't have another to exchange.
