Not worth the money lasted a year due to sole separating from shoe thus creating leaks. Comfortable & lightweight shoe good fit but overall poor quality.

Had these for 3 weeks before the left shoe started to squeak like a mouse with tourettes to the point that it annoys me so much I stopped wearing them. Not even slightly worth the money. Don't bother.

These shoes are comfortable at the start. However this is my second pair and they just don’t last long enough for the price. I’ve had these for less than 6 months and now they hurt my feet again

Replacement of well worn pair. Very comfortable especially round heel where sometimes can be solid there. Have narrow heel and suits me

When I first tried these on they felt comfy, like walking on clouds. Now the soles have started to separate from the material. They have become uncomfortable and hurt my feet. I can’t wear them again.

All I can say is terrible quality and mammut aught to be ashamed. I have several item including walking boots from mammut which is what inspired me to get these. NOT water proof. Terrible quality.

Much better than other GTX hiking shoes I have tried. Lightweight, comfortable and perfectly waterproof. Have worn them for over a year on various terrains and they are durable and still going strong.

Can’t rem if I bought these in store but I do rem the guy checking out my cheaper finds!
Love them, good fit, light, waterproof & wear most days on all terrain. Slippery on smooth wet surface though:(

I wear mine for work almost daily.
They are light, comfortable and totally watertight.
After almost a year of hard work, they are ready to be replaced.
I have no hesitation in buying the same again.

So I bought these shoes on the advice of Go Outdoors staff since most of them were wearing them and were raving about the shoe. All I can say is obviously they've only ever worn them in store. The soles of the shoes are very comfortable and at first felt like a cloud was hugging my foot.
BUT
after only a couple of uses the rubber on the sole started to fall apart, with 2 of the lugs tearing off making the waterproof goretex feature redundant as water would come up from the bottom of the shoe. I had only worn the shoe to a couple of crags that didn't exactly have the roughest of approaches with them just being quarries. I sent the shoes back to Mammut who just gave me a refund.
The staff at Go Outdoors were very useful in helping me with this and Mammut were very quick with the refund! No surprise really they must know that the rubber is rubbish!

I bought these on the basis I like the brand, they are light and very comfortable and the design makes them ideal for more causal day to day wear. That is were the positives end. I took them to Mallorca for a few days tracking, (3 walks in total) and they came apart. the material came apart and the rubber coated peeled away from the toe, the threading also began to come loose. I think to make them so light they've had to compromise on the practicalities of the shoe, I don't think they are robust enough for hiking, perhaps more at home for casual waling etc. Sent back and replaced with a different brand, disappointing.
