Craghopper's Anson is a versatile waterproof jacket that is not only looks great but will keep you well protected from our changeable British climate.Made from their waterproof, windproof and breathable AquaDry polyester, you're sure to remain warm, dry and comfortable when heading out into the wet weather.
There are plenty of places to keep all your essentials, and even an OS map, close to hand; 2 bellowed stud-fastening lower pockets with side handwarmers, and 1 zipped inner map pocket.
It has a relaxed, longer-length cut that provides extra coverage and a more comfortable fit, and when you want to fully bundle up, there's a grown-on hood with waxed cord adjusters for added protection from the worst weather.

Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Not for serious outdoor types
I used this in the Lake District hillwalking. I bought this as a waterproof shell, to go over warm clothing. Very light drizzle did bead off but it became heavy and wet in actual rain. After 3 hours walking it was wet through and wet on the inside too. In summary, not waterproof.Have returned and Go Outdoors gave full refund.
Craghoopers Anson Jacket
An excellent jacket that does what it says. I used it twice over a wet and windy weekend in the Lake District (Pooley Bridge) and the Jacket never let me down. Waterproof, breathable, light weight and looks good too. No complaints as yet and purchased whilst in the sale so even better value.

I love this, lovely colour, lightweight and waterproof, looks great on too. I picked a small and I'm 5 11 so best to try on first.
brillianty light weight yet warm
this coat offers everything from warmth to large amounts of pocket space, do not perceive it's light weight for lack of quality. very happy with the fit and all round durability.
Purchased this in 2018 and used it twice in dry weather. Just used again in rain and soaked through in less than 1 hour. Disgusted with the quality.
Straight in the bin and I'll buy a reputable brand.
