Vango Nitestar Sleeping Bags are built to keep you comfortable and are easy to pack and carry, making them an ideal choice for first time youth campers, festival goers, D of E and Scouts expeditioners.
Their mummy-shape reduces packsize and increases thermal efficiency, and their siliconised hollow fibre insulation is laid in off-set double layers, held in place by horizontal stitching (helping to stop cold spots from forming where insulation may be thinner), with a very comfy pongee microfibre inner lining that feels great next to your skin.
Convenient loops let you hang up the bag to air after use, and the 4-strap compression stuffsack lets you pack it down to a very manageable size for easy transport.
- Insulated, adjustable shoulder baffle and zip baffle retain heat within the bag and reduce cold spots
- Two-way auto-lock zip seals in warmth and provides adjustable ventilation
- Woven zip puller allows quick and easy operation of the zip, with grab loop to aid zip pulling
- Anti-catch piping prevents the zip from snagging on the lining
- Internal pocket gives you convenient storage for small items
- Temperature ratings extensively tested to meet accurate temperature rating standards

Too Large !!!
I bought this product maybe two years ago for its ideal temperature ratings, excellent price and for use whilst camping. Although it is incredibly comfy and warm this bag is best fit for glamour camping or car camping as I found out. it is far to large for my intended use of it even whilst compressed. It will not even fit in a large rucksack with room for any other equipment. besides my ignorance to its bulk it has served me well for two years and is still in excellent condition besides the few ember holes.

Warm as toast night fishing
Went night fishing last weekend. Ground covered in snow. Winter temperatures. Slept in fishing bivvy and was warm as toast all night. Would recommend.
Sleeping bag for scouts
Bought for my 11 yr olds bivouac scouting weekend last week. Temperature went to 1 degree and he said he was really warm in his bag.
