Does what it says
Using this on military exercise to keep my dry kit dry! It done the job. Let's face it, it's a dry bag. It kept my stuff dry very well. (Also doubled up nicely as a make do wind sock secured to a pole to land a helicopter)
Use bags for what you want to store, as I used my dry kit and the bag got less full it was more difficult to get air out but not impossible. The only fault, or potential fault, I seen was the buckles were fragile plastic and small and didn't think they would last the Arduous tasking I was going to use it for. It did last so maybe it is stronger than I though, but for a standard hiker, camping enthusiast wanting to keep clothes dry I strongly recommend.
Pricing. Yes it is expensive for a waterproof bag with a buckle. But from a personal point of view there is not better feeling safe in the knowledge that your soaked to the bone and about to come off watch and retire to your basher/tent. Knowing you will be getting into dry kit/clothes. Trust me we have all been wet and know that warm fuzzy feeling of getting in and getting into dry clothes. This bag guarantees you that feeling whilst out in the field be it military, work, hobbie or just having a spare set of dry clothes for the kids in the pushchair or car whilst out (this is what mine is used for between exercises) so worth the money as will be repaid by warm fuzzy clothing after getting out of wet kit.
I hope this helps
