These shoes look good and were initially comfortable, but they are not fit for purpose. They are not waterproof, the inside material quickly frayed and sole is detaching. Very poor quality

These shoes really shouldn’t be on sale they are very poor quality, don’t keep the water out and disintegrate after a very short time.

It’s time that Go outdoors read these reviews and withdraw them

Like many other reviewers I have had good Berghaus products before but these shoes are poor. Comfortable but not waterproof.

Used for regular dog walks, nothing too intense. After a few months of walking, the soles start to pull away from the shoe base. Would not recommend at all

the trainers look nice but do not last, wore them only at some weekends and it started degrading after few months of wearing.

Very disappointed these shoes have absolutely no water resistance at all.
Stay well clear unless your walking in a desert.
Very poor and Way over priced.

Bought these in March and used them for 20 minutes daily on grass and footpaths walking my dog. By December, the sole was peeling off both shoes. Would expect a minimum 12 months wear at the price???

These Berghaus walking shoes were bought new and after a few months both shoes suffered sole and upper separation. They also started sucking up muddy water which was spread around the house, not good

nice grippy waterproof, but they will split after a year of fair use.

These shoes are definitely not waterproof, very disappointed, for the price definitely not worth buying, worn a few times and discovered wet feet. The clothes seem the be better for wearing in bad wet

Within 3 months of buying these shoes they were leaking where the foot bends. Both of these shoes leaked the uppers worn very quickly and small tears appeared where the shoe bends.

This isn't what I expected from Berghaus but only had them about 12/18 months and letting water in, plus worn away and coming apart where the shoe bends. Put me off Berghaus altogether.

Lasted less than a year. Behind the toecap has worn right through on both shoes. Very expensive for such poor quality

I bought these shoes and found them to be useless in damp grass.
The moisture gets to your feet as if you have no shoes on very disappointed.
Fine in the dry.

Very disappointing from Berghaus, who I usually love. Hard to get these to fit, and pretty much fell apart within a year.

Purchased these gore tex shoes to keep my feet dry. Had them 5 months, very comfortable and great on dry mornings but walking through wet grass even a dew is sufficient to end up with wet feet.

Had mine about 6mths. Soles worn down incredibly quickly and both shoes letting water i n. Really disappointing, I remember when Berghaus was a premium brand and good equipment. I had to give one star

Everything about this shoe was great, looks, fit, quality brand. I only use on light trails with my dog. Lasted 4 months before holes started appearing. Thrown at 6 month old.

Not worth the money.

I have experienced the same as others in that they ware out incredibly quickly. Come on berghaus !

These lasted me around six months before holes came on the top of both shoes then mega wet feet, I would not recommend waste of money.
