With nearly 5g of protein and Omega 3 and 6s to aid recovery, the Chia Charge Banana Flapjack will give you plenty of feel good factor, and contains half the sea salt flakes of the original Chia Charge Flapjack which helps with electrolyte replacement

The humble chia seed (pronounced 'chee-ah') is native to South America and has, for centuries, been a source of energy for the Aztecs. Chia seeds were used as a source of energy for endurance treks.

Tastes good and does you good

I was fortunate to be able to discuss the merits of Chia Charge Bars with a knowledgeable member of staff - they were not wrong! Very tasty (unlike many other energy bars) and energy packed. I will certainly purchase these again when out in the hills. The 3 for 2 offer was very welcome.

Chia seed flapjack with banana

Absolutely love this flapjack. Unlike all the other bars I've tried this one is moist and takes no eating when parched on a long walk.
The only down side is its very crumbly but if opened carefully it can be nibbled on and stored in it's wrapper.
