The Petzl ACTIK headlamp gives powerful 300 lumen brightness with a mixed beam, so it's ideal for outdoor activities like mountaineering, running, hiking and backpacking.
The red lighting mode preserves night vision and prevents blinding your companions. Its reflective headband aids visibility, and is equipped with an emergency whistle for rescue situations.
The Petzl ACTIK is a HYBRID headlamp: it comes with three standard batteries, and is also compatible with the Petzl CORE rechargeable battery.

A must have item!
If you have never owned a head torch before, I fully recommend this product. Its light, bright, well built and very easy to use. It's a trusted brand and it's currently at an amazing price.
Great power for the money
Bought this as an upgrade and I'm not disappointed. The maximum brightness is great for really lighting up the track, you have to turn it down when you meet other people as they complain about being blinded! Lots of functionality for the price.

Excellent head torch
I recently bought this head torch to use at work. I couldn't be happier with it. The torch gives off 3 different strengths if light. From a not too bad light up to an extremely bright light. It's not the cheapest head torch out there but you definitely get what you pay for. Well worth buying!

Great compact head torch
Lightweight, i have used for hiking mountains so far. It has a red light facility and normal white light with ability to vary the power depending on brightness you need. I am looking forward to trying this on trail and night runs.
