Contains a butane/propane gas blend that provides a steady and consistent burn at very low temperatures, making it ideal for more extreme use. All Coleman® cartridges feature a standard screw thread for easy attachment of Coleman® stoves and lanterns. For safety, the cartridge features Coleman’s double safety resealable valve, this means that the cartridge can be disconnected and reconnected to your device, without leakage.

Compact and good amount...

Ideal for winter
Fed up with trying to brew a coffee or tea whilst out fishing or camping, when the temperatures are in single figures. Usual gas canisters don't work well when weather is cold.
These Extreme canisters are the exception. Really do work well. Used them to -3ºC on Dartmoor and boils water as quick as in the summer.
Negative point....they are expensive.
