Rab's Ascent range of sleeping bags are duck down filled performance sleeping bags created for regular outdoors use whether you're on a camping trip or hiking in the mountains.

Designed in a semi-rectangular shape, great for those who don't like the restriction of a mummy shaped bag, the Aspect 700 will most likely be appreciated by those buying their first down bag.

Excellent Down Sleeping Bag

I bought this bag three years ago. I have taken it camping and sailing in Greenland and always been toasty warm. It packs down to a reasonable size. Would thoroughly recommend this sleeping bag.

1st night near zero

The Rab Ascent 700 does most of what it says. Its lightweight, compress' down fairly small though could do with compression straps on the stuff sack. Was pretty warm on a night bivvy up in Tryfan north wales late October at around Zero degress with fairly constant hail and winds gusting at 40mph. I did suffer from a cold arm on the zipper side though probably because my bivvy bag was covered in hail most of the night and I was sliding up against the edge of the bag on the zipper side. Lesson 1 pick a really flat spot to bivvy! Well pleased with the bag - ready for more adventures!
