When received it had 2 broken cap straps, rang customer services twice, explained the situation, I only wanted the straps replaced to avoid returning the full unit. Twice put on hold while they “checked” LINE THEN WENT DEAD. This was after contacting the store, bring the unit and proof of purchase, we have these in stock NO THEY DIDNT GAVE UP

Reviewed by Mr Davies - 7th May, 2021 Very sturdy but there... Very sturdy but there are three filler caps and the retaining straps on all three were broken as shown in the photo. I notified Go Outdoors by email immediately after receipt on 30th April, 2021 and since then have exchanged countless emails and phonecalls with them and as I write on 7th May, 2021, I am no further to receiving the promised email to arrange collection of these items. I also bought an aquaroll with exactly the same problem. The actual tanks are fine, so I suggested that they just replace the damaged filler caps or refund me the amount that it would cost for me to buy them myself but Go Outdoors have their own illogical way of doing things. I was going to defer writing this review, but in all fairness, a week is more than enough time to resolve this.
