Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

Instantly No Pain
I will never go back t normal plasters. As soon as you put this Compeed Plaster over your painful blister. It gives that extra protection against the friction with instant pain relief. The Mrs now has them in her hand bag in case of blister emergencies!! Great Product. Highly Recommend.
Will take on any long walk
Thankfully I haven't yet had to use these as the walking shoes I also bought at the same time from GoOutdoors (Merrell Ladies Siren Q2 shoes) are so comfortable that my feet are fine even in quite arduous conditions. Have given 5 stars as I'll take these plasters on any long walk just in case I wear out the Sirens and can't find anything else as comfortable. The 2 reviews here are pretty impressive testimony
I would never go on a long trek without a supply of these in my rusack. Walking with a deteriorating blister is no fun and these have saved my trek on more than one occasion Brilliant!
