Poor Quality

I bought the tool due to loosing a compact leatherman. the compact knives have helped me out many times on holidays and camping trips so do like them for functionality. unfortunately i have returned 2 of the tools as they break easily. the 1st was when i went to use the knife it bends back further than it should, changed with not much hassle, the second broke when i went to use the pliers. the same problem, no support and when you grip tight they move and release making them useless. i exchanged for a more expensive item.

Better than you think

This is similar to the Gerber Vice and Gerber Dime. It's bigger than a Leatherman Squirt, smaller than a Leatherman S2.
The build quality is very good, no plastic anywhere on it.
It's screwed rather than riveted together so any wear can be adjusted out.
The blades hold a reasonable edge, not brilliant but usable - I sharpen mine a lot.
The best feature about this tool. compared to the LM Squirt or other small Gerbers is that the screwdrivers actually work, especially the philips which despite being a "2D" affair is very useful, even on large screws.
The philips drivers on other tools of this type that I've tried are utterly, utterly hopeless.
The pliers are quite thin and could do with serrations on the very tips, but they close up straight and the spring action is very nice.
All in all it's a superb tool for the money, I think it's better than the LM Squirt which is twice the price (the Squirt is just too small to be of any use).
I EDC mine evey day without fail.

Not as practical as I hoped, but nice build quality

Ordered this online - and opened the packet today. It is a lot more "compact" than I had realised - my fault I should've read the description better. It does feel very well made, and the knife blades are very sharp. This should be a handy little gadget from time to time - but not as practical as I had hoped. The Philips screwdriver piece is a waste of space to be honest - there's no way this would function as a Philips screwdriver by any stretch of the imagination, handy for picking the stones out of horses hooves though??

I should've spent more & got a better item - but will certainly not be throwing this little gadget away.

Useful tool

I had this handy little tool less than half price thanks to price match minus 10%. Seems sturdy and very light to carry so a bargain.
