Lightweight, easily packable, and very warm and comfortable - - recommended by the DofE and featuring on the DofE Expedition Kit List.

Vango Latitude Sleeping Bags are warm and light, with construction designed to perform and keep you comfortable. making them an ideal choice for first time youth campers, festival goers, DofE participants and Scouts expeditioners

They're made using a diamond-ripstop outer shell, covering two layers of offset insulation with a silky polyester lining that's very soft next to your skin.

The breathable lining has an aluminised reflective face that reflects your body heat back into the bag, and coupled with the offset insulation (two layers separated by a liner to avoid lumping, with stitching that doesn't allow for 'cold spots' to form) and Thermal Embrace System (elasticated thread that keeps the lining close but allows you to move freely) you're kept snug, comfortable and warmer for longer.

  • 3D hood with multi-cord closure - tailored to fit the shape of the head, it keeps your head and shoulders much warmer (uses two thicknesses of cord so it can be easily adjusted in the dark)
  • Insulated adustable shoulder baffle - stops heat escaping from the top of the bag. The adjustable cord lets you tighten or loosen
  • Insulated zip baffle helps to retain body heat within the sleeping bag whilst keeping cold air out
  • The woven zip puller allows quick and easy operation
  • Two-Way auto-lock zip - seals in warmth or ventilates, can be used from inside the bag, stopping the bag from opening when you move around
  • Reflective tab on zip cover aids finding and opening the bag at night
  • Grab loops for easy zip use
  • Conveniently placed internal pocket - for phones, MP3 players and other small essentials
  • Hanging loops at the foot of the bag - help you to keep the bag fresh and dry between uses
  • Comes with 4-Strap compression stuffsack, so you can pack it down to a tiny size for easy transportation

Great value and warm

Super warm, have used this below freezing. Perfect size for me I'm 1.7m in quite broad shoulders and had enough room. Well made

If only...

A great sleeping bag, really warm and cosy - would have been perfect for camping on a cold mountainside in Wales in the autumn. Unfortunately too short for someone 6ft 2in, so we had to take it back. Should have read the info more carefully, or the girl in the shop should perhaps have pointed it out to us while she was offering otherwise very helpful advice!

large for back packing

A little large for back packing, when packed but extremely worm good value for money

Very small sleeping bag

Would be amazing had it not be for the size.

I've emailed them for feedback, and am just waiting.

The putter diameter across the shoulders is 70cm, not 80cm as described.

Fingers crossed I got a small on in error? But the packaging clearly states the correct size as advertised.

Solid bag

Needs a fleece liner for coldest conditions but unlikely to let you down. Strangely attractive green hue too

Great sleeping bag!

As a scout leader I needed a 4 season sleeping bag for the Autumn and this did not disappoint over a late October weekend.
The outside temperature was 6 degrees and I was really toasty in the bag. It has an internal pocket for putting in items to save you getting chilled rooting for items outside your bag!
The wadding is thick and uniform thickness over the bag so no cold spots.
It also has drawcords around the top to reduce drafts. Comes in a stuff sack.
My only comment would be to check it fits in your rucksack as my 55+10 bag had to take it length ways due to its size, but I was happy to trade off for warmth.
Super pleased with it!

Best sleep I have ever had camping!

I love this sleeping bag, I wish I had bought one years earlier. I have a medical condition which means I find it difficult to regulate my body temperature and often wake up with cold feet when camping, not with this it kept me warm and cosy, without being claustrophobic. Slept right through until sunrise.

Best sleeping bag I've ever owned!!

Great sleeping bag, plenty of foot space, so so so so so so warm and cosy! Easy zip, easy to get in the stuff sack, draw cords in all the right places! I get really really cold and just survived a weekend in wales in this with just my thermals inside kept me comfortable, not too warm!

Only thing would be that is doesnt pack down very small. But not an issue for me

Great sleeping bag

Iv used this 2 times in the last 2months and I was snug as a bug. Both nites were cold and in a mountain range/woods. I deep in my shorts and act shirt and stayed warm all nite. I'm looking. Forward to testing it in the coming winter but I know it will be fine.
A 4 season sleeping bag for under £80 that works well looks great and the materials are comfy.
I'd of given it 5 stars but, for a mummy sleeping bag it could do with compacting smaller when in it's compression bag other than that it's perfect.

Keeps you really warm

Bought this whilst away after my other half suffered through the night when it was late October cold, ten minutes after getting in the base layers came off, she says this sleeping bag is brilliant and toasty!!

Good product

Quite happy with it, comfortable and warm.
Fits really well around feet and legs, but for my build I have found it a bit tight at the top, but in contrast that preserves heat inside the sleeping bag better. I would recomend to try it in the shop and feel how you fit inside.

Overall. Good product that I would reccomend it.

Cosy, warm caterpillar shell

I have chosen this sleeping bag mainly because I am always cold and I wasn't disappointed. I was very warm during night, it was between 9 and 11 degrees. When I was worm I unzip bottom part and stick my feet out. It was big enough to turn around and not too long with plenty space for my feet. This sleeping bag also appeals to me because of its colour as my husband commented on that I look like that a giant caterpillar eventhough I am only size 12 and 160 cm long. It is made from quality breathable material, very soft on touch. You can pack it in to small bag easy to carry but I need my husbands help as he is stronger. Overall I can imagine to sleep in my bag on colder nights and survive with no problems and I am looking forward going camping again!
