Contrary to what the previous reviewer said, I found this VERY comfortable. It’s not really padded but the mesh protrudes firmly away from the backrest of the pack meaning you have really good airflow between your back. I could actually fit my hand through the gap where the bag arcs away from my back. Both my friend and I bought these for hiking in the Lake District and we spent 4/5 consecutive days hiking with these packs and found them extremely comfortable.
For sizing - we are two ladies around 5’8 so perhaps they just fitted us better.

Berghaus Freeflow 25 rucksack
Don’t buy this product!
It looks great but the padded waist support give NO PADDING whatsoever to your back.
I’d tried out rucksack on a short walk but not for whole days!
The hard back board protrudes under the padding meaning that this rests on your back!
Berghaus we’re very unhelpful and I won’t be buying any more of their products!
My husband had an older style with the padding that went under the back support so he was fine.
We still walked Hadrian’s Wall with it but had to use other things for padding because of this very poor design fault!
I wasn’t able to submit review without zero stars so had to give it one!
