Drink safe, clean and fresh-tasting water, wherever you are.
Water-to-Go Water Bottles give you clean, safe, great tasting water from any non-salt water source.
The filters use 3-in-1 technology - originally developed for NASA - to remove harmful contaminants from your drinking water. They filter in excess of 99.9% of chemicals, like chlorine and fluoride, heavy metals like lead, as well as bacteria and viruses, while removing any bad taste or smell from the water. They also help to reduce unnecessary pollution and waste created by single-use plastic water bottles.
Unique 3-in-1 Filter Technology
Water-to-Go filters use nanotechnology developed for the NASA space programme to remove over 99.9% of all microbiological contaminants in water. The three technologies used are mechanical filtration (a very small pore size stops contaminants passing through), electrical (by a positive charge) which reduces the pore size even further and attracts the contaminants like a magnet, and carbon which reduces contaminants whilst eliminating bad tastes and odours.
Safe, Healthy Water
Water-to-Go filters remove bacteria, viruses, water borne disease, protozoa, heavy metals and chemicals. They remove chlorine and fluoride from tap water, but allow beneficial minerals such as sodium and magnesium to pass through, leaving you with the healthiest water possible.
Environmentally Friendly
Each filter in a 75cl bottle treats 200 litres of water (the same as 400 single-use plastic water bottles). The filter membrane is biodegradable and the shrouds are recyclable.
Convenient and Cost Effective
Buying bottled water can cost more per litre than petrol or diesel. Water-to-Go bottles can treat water from any non-salt water source including taps, standpipes, rainwater and streams, ensuring you can fill up no matter where you are.
Tried and Tested
Water-to-Go filters have been independently tested against international recognised standards by industry specialists including The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (UK), BCS Laboratories (USA), Bangalore Test House (India). They're used and approved by everyone from backpackers to commuters, gym users to expecting mums.

Used on expedition to Pakistans Karakoram on our way to K2.
The water in the rivers was heavily silted so filtered silt out then put water into WTG bottle. Still clogged up every time. Useless.
Works well. Plastic could do with being more flexible to squeeze.
Excited to buy this product having watched sprightly athletic figures consuming their filtered water in copious amounts straight from the bottle. My hands are sore attempting to get even a mouthful!
Leaky lid meant I discarded bottle after a couple of uses, either my pack was getting wet or bottle took up valuable space. Met someone else who had same problem. Waste of money.
Well made product that you can rely on where ever you go in the world. Don’t leave home without one.
Having used this in the Alps, Lakes and Brecon Beacons thought I would come back and leave a review. This bottle saves me having to carry water or bulky filtration systems and has been filled from various lakes, rivers and streams.
The 75cl bottle is tough to squeeze. I can manage it (just when priming the filter) but if you tip it up and drink there is no need. My son has the 50cl version, this is a little less rigid. Would I rather fast flowing dirty water or slow flowing filtered water? The latter for me.
Not had any issues with leakages yet (always make sure I tip upside down prior to stowing).
This bottle is perfect for the mountains when you are usually never that far from a stream anyway, so much so that I didn't bother with a bladder on my last trip. Equally at home on City tours where you might not be that confident on public water fountains and their source.
If you use it solely to drink water from any source - it is does exactly what you would want.
If you want to filter vast quantities of water for cooking or filling other receptacles, get a different product.
Title of th review sums up my experience really. It's a £20 water bottle with an ill-fitting lid - you need to keep it upright. And it breaks easily. Bottle fell out of my rucksack and split. I think I'm going to stick with sigg and buy a separate filter in the future.
Well I have used one in the hills of Wales and the Lake District streams, tarns and lakes. I and my wife have also used these in Cuba keeping at bay any tummy bugs. Just make sure you follow the instruction. As my wife rates it, this is highly recommended.
Great product and it works really well. I just wish it was squeezable
Perfect for wild camping which is why I bought this for my hubby. He has used it and said it's perfect n does everything it says on the tin so to speak
Other reviews here have really nailed it.
It certainly does the job for cleaning water and it's a reasonable size. I used it on a short two day hike in the Lake District recently and it performed perfectly - at least for drinking out of.
It would have been better if I could have squeezed water out of it but the tough bottle doesn't allow this.
On the positive side though I suspect the unit is near enough bomb proof and will last a long time even when treated roughly.
I always have a bit of kit in my car incase an unlooked for overnight stay somewhere presents itself and I've added one of these to that kit.
I bought of these from Go Outdoors in Sheffield a few months back. Previously I had a "Travel Tap" which was brilliant but the filter eventually gave up the ghost and no longer worked. I contemplated replacing the filter but I saw this and thought I'd give it a try.
The bottle itself is a decent size and the flip up spout is a good idea and it does seem to filter water ok.
My only gripe is you are limited to how you use it. You fill it and you suck out the water. If the plastic bottle was more flexible and you could squeeze it to get the water flowing out quicker I would like it more.
I decided it wasn't a good enough replacement for my Travel Tap so it's just an expensive water bottle now.
In the end I decided to go with a Sawyer Mini Water Filter. For a couple of quid more it's miles better.
It's a great product, saves me having to buy bottles of water when out. Took it to South Africa earlier this year filled it from taps no problems. Only two problems though. 1 it is bulky for handbags and the top leaks soaking everything in my bag. Water gets into the little dip by the straw top when I use it and sits there. I also think the refill is quite expensive. Just ordering my first refill.
A handy water filter , could only give it four stars as good for drinking from but no good to fill bladder or kettle as the bottle is so hard you would be there all day trying to squeeze out the water .
Very impressed with this water bottle. Used it on a backpacking trip across the Peak District, filling it up from streams, ponds, muddy puddles and run off from fields full of livestock. Going to buy some replacement filters so I can take it to Tanzania with me in August. GO should stock replacement filters though, I've got to buy them directly from Water-to-Go as GO don't sell them.
Bought this to try out for canoeing trips. Took it on a walk round Helmshore and filled it up from the River Ogden. Had water all day and no ill effects. Does exactly what is stated on the box.
This was a waste of money! The lid leaks, it’s actually quite difficult to get a decent mouthful of water quickly, and the price of the filter replacement is eye-watering! Expensive doesn’t mean good!
