Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.
Until 2016 I wouldn’t have been seen dead in flip flops or sandals , I’m now have a pair of both.... these are great , very comfortable , keeping my feet cool and comfy..
Had my pair for two years.
Comfortable and light. Fine when wet.
Big heavy bloke 6ft 3inch 120kg.
Used all summer in UK and two trekking holidays in Indonesia and Sri Lanka with no problems.
I normally have to buy men's shoes as I have very wide feet. I have previously bought 2 pairs of Merrell sandals and my husband saw these and said I should try them on! I used them straight away on a three day visit to Lundy and found them to be the best shoe/sandal I have ever had! They were extremely comfortable from the first minute and have no hesitation in recommending them!
Well made and for sandals look smart.
Good grips too.
Bought for my Girlfriend who prefers mens shoes as they are more robust and "not girly"... She loves them and I love them on her. Merrell's so well made and look good.
Comfortable and light
Bought a pair of these for a holiday around Thailand very comfortable but stitching came apart after two weeks , so I returned to store and swapped for a pair of keen sandals which are cheaper and more robust i think
I wanted a pair of summer shoes or sandals which were light but also protective and hard wearing If out walking all day in town, in the beach or countryside - these fit the bill perfectly! I will be getting a lot of use out of these. They look good as well as being practical.
Good look and very light but too narrow for me as I have a high instep. Took them back.
I bought these specifically for trekking around Burma. I wore them continually for three weeks and covered around 200km on foot over sometimes quite difficult terrain. These are probably the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn and I've own quite a few.
I do a lot of walking, but didn't want the "Jesus" type sandals
I must admit this is the most comfortable pair I have bought!
no more aching feet, Thanks Merrell.
Did very little walking but after a week stitching started coming undone. Laces won't stay done up. Heel strap on one shoe lost its grip and kept dropping down so my foot would slide out. UNSAFE
