Features
The first helmet to be impact-tested from 360º degrees.
A superstrong cross-season performer with classic looks, the Wild Country 360 Helmet has been designed to provide the highest levels of all round protection.
While many ‘hard shell’ helmets offer good impact protection on top, few give equally good side impact protection. Using Wild Country’s ‘Extended EPS' System, the 360 Helmet offers great front, side and rear impact protection, making it one of the safest helmets available.
The 'Extended EPS' system moulds the shock absorbing foam found inside the helmet, further down around the climber’s head to maximise protection without interfering with fit or function. This strategic placement of foam gives the 360 Helmet it’s outstanding strength and test results (results that far exceed the CE requirement).
The extra strength doesn't mean extra weight, as the Wild Country 360 Helmet remains a very lightweight choice within its class.
The inner cradle adjusts quickly and simply and locks solidly, using a glove-friendly ‘Quick-Dial’ system. It fits snugly with or without a balaclava, or under a hood, and sits on adjustable, cushioned EVA pads.
Designed as a cross-season all rounder, and perfectly at home in full winter conditions, the 360 Helmet is good for first forays out, or longer expeditions away.

First climbing helmet, 08 August 2011

Always been apprehensive about wearing a climbing helmet - I thought it would be hot and uncomfortable
Decided I needed one for some of the looser climbs.
Pleasantly surprised after buying this – very comfortable, light, did not feel hot on a even on sunny days.
Only complaint – bit limited on size options

For a first helmet it is a fantastic price (being a student also!) Have been outside with it a couple of times down in Devon and totally forgot that I was wearing it this is on a 4/5 hour day of climbing. very comfortable. The adjustable strap is very easy to use. really good buy!

I bought this helmet as it was a hood freindly size and at a good price!( as i am a student) I have since used it indoors at gcc and rcc and have also used it to do my first couple of winter routes! It is a very comfortable helmet and is easy to adjust the size even when wearing bulky gloves. i gave it a for out of 5 stars as it was great all round helmet including good value for money but did feel that the adjustable strap at the rear of the helmet felt over fragile when in my pack!
