Excellent. I suffered from "policemans heel" and had to have steriod injections. With a love of walking I was advised to get some gel heel pads. I thought I would try these in my walking boots, hoping I could still enjoy a walk and not damage my heel.
They are excellent very confortable and I can walk miles and my heels are pain free.
