I bought 2 of these to help me with doing squats while weight lifting. Took them back the day after buying. After struggling to get this thing over my calf muscle and up onto my knee, not only was it very small (despite me having got the largest size) it offered no support ATALL. It dug in at the back of my leg which was very uncomfortable and is not suitable for anyone with a bit of meat on their legs! Would not recommend, especially for people of bigger build.
