It’s substantial enough to keep you comfortable while mountaineering or on ski tours, yet rolls up small and light enough that you’ll have no problem taking it as far as you want to go.
Therm-a-Rest's unique, diagonal-cut high performance foam insulation gives you the most efficient insulation possible, while the tapered design eliminates excess weight and helps the mat to roll up ultra-compact.

good quality mat would recommend to others . this is my third mat the two cheaper ones were crap although not made by thermarest . you only get what you pay for .
