I recently took advantage of the 'two for one' offer. What a bargain.
The material is lightweight and very soft. This makes it both practical, when worn under other clothing, as it is not too heavy or thick, and comfortable,as it is soft against the skin. Thus there is no chaffing. This is the case, not only because of the soft material but also because there are no uncomfortable ridges or thick seams that often cause irritation and soreness. The material has good thermal qualities and does the job very well when used as a base layer, Although the material does not wick moisture away, I have not experienced any discomfort due to sweating when engaged in partcularly vigorous or demanding activities.
The simple design is attractive and can easily be worn as a top garment in more kind conditions. The good range of colours gives scope for those who prefer to more subtle and understated or for those who want ot stand out and be seen.
The garment is very durable and despite washing it many times, the appearance has not been affected.
At the full price, it is a little expensive but the very competitive Go Outdoors offer made this a bargain, and too good to miss. I should have got two more when I had the chance.
