We needed quite a few items of outdoor clothing so as we live not too far away we went to the Wakefield store . And what a pleasant surprise we wanted two waterproof Jackets for the kids lots of choice and to be honest we did'nt have a clue which would be the right one . But a very helpful and friendly young lady soon pointed us in the right direction and the experience did'nt end there . When we got to the till we were met by another young lady equally pleasant and chatty and i have to say well done everyone . and the coats we purchased are real good quality and really warm and snug ooooH!!!
