Sorbothane Double Strike Footbeds

I walk on average 5 miles every day with my dogs.
I have had surgery on my back and can suffer with planta faciatus and achilles pain.
Even on all day excursions up tough terrain, these insoles are spot on for relieving pressure on the foot and like having shock absorbers in your boots! Can make your boots a bit tighter, due to thickness, but if there's room I can't recommend them enough.
I hardly get foot pain after long walks now!
