I have owned several pairs of these and they have been excellent for a variety of activities. I wear them for cycling outside of summer months for which they are very hard wearing. They are equally useful when running in cold conditions and I wear them for walking and other outdoor activities. They are very useful in wet conditions as they dry very quickly but also keep the legs warm in all but monsoon conditions.
