A great choice, 08 April 2011
By Convertedtocamping (Stockport)
This was our first tent and definitely a good choice. The brand is trustworthy, which initially helped our choice (as did the price.)
This tent survived a battery of weather throughout 2010 and is still going strong. There were no leaks, minimal condensation and certainly plenty of room for not-so-light packing. We even managed to sit in chairs in the living area, during a particularly wet week. Once we learned the knack of opening the door so it didn't pour water inside, as well as pegging out the guy lines properly, this tent was great, needing few adjustments when pitched for a few nights. The pitching time was also accurate (about 10 mins.) There was also plenty of room in the boot for other stuff as this tent packs away into a small space. A spacious, reliable home from home!

Nice Festival/ car camping tent, 30 November 2010
By Ireddek
Very roomy tent with space for 3 unlike most other "3 person tents". The porch is big & the double doors are good for getting some ventilation through it when hot. The porch groundsheet isn't sown in which is handy to roll back when sorting muddy or sandy kit or beach toys.Another plus is the good head room for a smallish tent which makes getting dressed so much easier.
Also like the fact that it can be pitched all in one on wet days so the inner tent stays dry. We've turned this on its head as well on the beach once when we had light drizzle as we just pitched the outer & used it as a beach shelter! (just fill bags with sand instead of pegs!)
My only gripes would be that the inner tent is rather "baggy" & would have been nice if it could be pitched more taunt when needed (aka when occupied by 3 people). The pegs bend rather easily as well & investing in proper ones is well worth it. The poles are also just your average cheaper variety, but I suspect good pitching will help with the overall "strength" of this as with all tents.

Windy No Problem, 14 July 2010
By Loughboroughlad (in the name)
Excellent product - Used twice with very strong winds and stayed rock solid. Well made and very easy to put up, we like the large available space in this design.
ps. the groundsheet is sewn in the bedroom with the front living area fitted in one piece to the inner tent.

Better 350, 18 May 2010
By M1ke (Yorkshire)
Like all tents knock 1 person off the manufactures spec and you will have a comfortable tent. Althought this one could fit 3!
Easy to put up and down, and like my other Vango tent great value. I would of preferered a sewn in groundsheet BUT that is the only gripe

Highly recommended, 03 February 2010
By Irnbrumad (Scotland)
I used this tent on a 2 week motorbike trip - it was ideal for the weight of the tent without going overly expensive. It's a fantastic price, and the porch space is excellent. I'd suggested replacing the pegs supplied with some lighter weight one's. I'll be continuing to buy vango tents after buying this one.

Plenty of space and easy pitcher..., 31 January 2010
By dcoutdoors
... took this to The Glade festival for 2 of us. Was like having a small room with space to breath unlike other similar 3 berth tents I've had in the past, oddly. Great tent, you'll love it for 2 if you want masses of room for gear or even 2 mountain bikes.

A Good Tent, 27 January 2010
By Tent Buyer (Surrey)
Two of us spent two weeks in a Vango Beta 350, in weather that ranged the high 20’s°C to heavy sleet and rain. Throughout we remained comfortable and dry in the Tent. We did have an issue in the porch area on the first big storm, waking to a sizable puddle against the tent inner door waterproof welt. This caused us to have a more tidy approach for the rest of the time. Had we been three up and there for had more of out kit in the porch area it may have been a different story.
Over all thoughts, a good tent for the price, roomy and you are able to sit up comfortably. Packs small, easy to erect.
