Wow what a lovely jacket, totally wind and waterproof and surprisingly very warm, Infact it was that nice that someone decided to steel it when camping!!! I'll be saving to buy myself another.

Dont normal spend so much on a light coat, but must say that this was well worth the money, light weight, great pink colour and would encourage you to spend the extra and buy this coat rather than cheaper ones ;o)

These coats are a good fit, comfortable and flattering. Also lightweight enough to wear in summer or carry in your bag. Completely water and wind proof. Colours are also gorgeous. Good value for Money especially as they are North Face.

this is a very nice jacket, i purchased it for my wife as we are going to alaska soon. she is very pleased with it up to now, It is shaped slightly at the waist to give a nice look. breathable waterproof and very light. and a very nice neutral colour. if she is just walking the dog around the block or walking on a glacier she will be happy. money well spent i say !

Bought for our lass as she had been looking for a new and lightweight waterproof. She wanted it for day to day use and also for the odd bike ride. Fits the bill on all counts and she is happy has larry with it. Great value with it having a bit off as well!

I bought this coat/jacket for my Mum for a Christmas present. She's not particularly outdoor minded but nevertheless enjoyed the coat and has made good use of it with the weather being snowy at the time of writing!
It's a nice jacket which is lightweight yet has lots of good features, a fleece can be worn underneath for extra warmth but she finds it warm enough and suitable ventilation so not to get too warm. Only slight snag (as with many of these products) is to be careful when using the zip that you don't get the lining underneath caught in the zip. I have a similiar berghaus jacket and the same applies there, but it's not a massive problem at all.
As for gooutfoors, great service as usual ordered online, was delivered quickly and all is ok.
Great stuff guys, particularly as mine was ordered in the Christmas rush!

I ordered my jacket on Monday evening - and it arrived today, Wednesday, at lunch time (using “1-2 working days” delivery). Brilliant service! And having tried on quite a few different jackets in retail stores I can honestly say this is a very good jacket - and for £25 less than retail price it is a great deal!

After reading some negative online reviews for this website I was a bit concerned, but I can honestly say that the service I have received has been brilliant! Placed my order late on Tuesday and the jacket arrived first thing this morning (Thursday). Love the jacket and can't wait to wear it on our forthcoming holiday in the Highlands! Fits perfectly and feels warm even though it's only a lightweight waterproof jacket.

waste of money.... everytime it rains, even just on the school run. The hood is always letting water, my hair is always soaked..bought at go outdoors wigan. cant find my receipt, so tough.. beware

At last! - a lightweight, waterproof jacket that fits and is a joy to wear! The jacket I bought is 100% - when it rains, water doesn't go through and the raindrops shake off - well worth the money!
