Love the Jacket. However, being that it is North Face I'd expect top quality. I was disappointed by the zips. The main zip kept coming undone at the bottom and the pocket zips tend to jam on the lining. To the credit of Go Outdoors, when my pocket zip jammed so badly it broke, they did send the jacket off to North Face and I did get a new replacement jacket.

This jacket is a fantastic investment.Finding a good waterproof jacket is a huge task unless you get this jacket.My sonwould get soaked all the time and come down with colds,so i was determined to find him the perfect waterproof jacket.A lot of other jackets were character ones which made him cringe or they were not waterproof.god knows how much money i wasted on jackets that are just hanging in his wardrobe.I found this jacket to be the 'serious' raincoat.It is infact the perfect water repellent jacket.We went walking over the christmas holidays and my son didn't sweat as it is lovely and lightweight.love the way the hood stores in the collar so it's out of the way when he plays outdoor sports on cold days but when it's not raining.very durable.
