We used this when we went camping with the kids and found it very useful, the whistle worked every time, handle didnt get very hot and the capacity was great.

Not up to it, 01 September 2011
By Spoton (Southampton)
Came out of the box with a broken spout. Replacement lasted a day before the spout came off. Really cheap so can't expect much I suppose, but 2 very expensive cups of tea. Binned !

Excellent Product, 02 August 2011

Very impressed with this. Water boiled in no time, even when kettle full. Expected the whistle to be a bit louder - you just have to really listen out for it. Had no problems with this kettle. Would definately reccomend it

Redesigned whistle cap.
Beware.... Handel gets hot and the new designed cap can burn your thumb.. Glove or tea towel needed.

Handy design, 13 February 2010

Particularly like the full loop handle so that this can be tied on / carried on the outside of back pack. It doesn't need to be kept dry, so why take up valuable space?!
