Amazing for what you pay, 30 September 2011

This bag fitted all my needs for a school trip, it held all of my items in the bigger pocket (access by top) and i out my walking boots in the bottome pockets. I also used the hydration feature by putting the bladder into your bag and the feeding the tube through the back of the rucksack.
The 2 zip pockets on the side are handy for things you need with immediate access like phone, wallet, compass etc...
I also like the feature of the raincover in the hood and it is very handy. However, as like the comment bellow, i had to buy a bigger cover as i had sleeping bags, and sleeping mats on the back!
The 2 pockets on the bottom half of the bag on the side are usefull for water bottles insect repellent and suncream!
I completely recommend this product to anyone for any purpose!!

Perfect for the Price., 19 February 2010

This bag is perfect for its price. Its definitely large enough to fit whatever you need with you inside it but If you cant fit it inside, then there are two sets of ajustable straps on the front, one at the top and one at the bottom. These straps are excellect for holding; sleeping bags or a tent, ect horizontally. (I have two mats in just the bottom set of straps)
If these arent enough, their are also two more sets of ajustable straps running down each side of the bag. (I have a chair strapped to the right) All or most of these straps have clips for ease of attachment and release.
The shoulder straps have padding and are very comfortable, they are also ajustable in height and length allowing you to use another lower padding to support your lower back. All have clips which can be tightened.
The pockets are great. The bag having the two compartments, with zip divider, in the main part of the bag. Both are reachable from the top but a lower pocket allows access to the bottom, so theres no need to go digging through all your equipment.
Two pockets either side of the bag also allow for the storage of items that need to be close to hand, both pockets can be accessed while still wearing the bag.
The bungee cord on the front is also quite versertile, basicly holding anything you can tangle in it. (I have a pan in it)
The only problem with the bag is that it comes with a bright yellow waterproof rain cover, which if you have something strapped to the outside of your bag, e.g. Tent or Sleeping bags, you will not be able to cover the whole thing. Solution? I bought a cheap 65 - 90litre rain cover which tied onto the inside of the bag. Perfect.
All in all a realy good bag with alot of space and straps for a realy good price.
ALSO,
Mine came in the colours Green & Grey (Which i prefered)
