Used in the Lake District and really glad I bought them, they are light even though the material feels quite hard wearing, very comfortable, several pockets including zipped ones which are very useful, also found right leg lower pocket great for reading glassed as they don't get squashed when you sit down. These Trousers dry very quickly.. Going to purchase another pair this weekend.

Excellent walking and casual wear trousers, I now got several pairs.
Comfortable for walking and everyday wear, as long as they're not covered in mud you can walk into any pub and not feel conspicuous. They also dry very quickly when washing or after a downpour. Also if travelling don't need much ironing!
Pockets are excellent, the zipped pockets mean that cash and keys won't fall out when crossing the style or clambering over rocks. The big pocket is also designed for OS maps.

These are great trousers, I now own several pairs!
The main advantages are:
1) They dry very quickly.
2) They are very sturdy for walking, but also smart enough to wear every day.
3) Plenty of good sized pockets, including zipped pockets that are perfect for passports etc.
4) The different leg lengths are great for those of us with "non-regular" legs.
