Cool box did what it Said on the box., 29 September 2014

Did the job as my fridge doesn't do well on gas. Good capacity, especially when I utilised a cupboard rack inside to create a lift out double shelf. Perhaps this should be part of the design?? Also a waste water tap in the base would be very useful as in my experience, the best way of keeping a cool box cold is with bags of actual ice cubes, as opposed to ice packs. Easy to replace at any supermarket, but a tap would make keeping box dry much easier. Worked a treat.

Don't believe the other reviewer stating 4 days. At best with lots of ice packs this lasted about 18hrs at cool and by the next morning it was room temp inside. Yes if you have access to fresh packs you could keep it going forever.
It still works as a cool box, but don't believe the hype.

plenty of space for a couple of cans and all your fridge usual's . As long as you can put a fresh large freezer pack in every two days and start off your hols with as much frozen in advance as possible it'll do you proud but try to keep it shaded as much as poss... we had 16 sausages, two packs of bacon, one pint milk, 1.5 ltr juice, mushrooms, 6 eggs, chocolate bars, butter, cheese, ham. 4 330ml cider bottles, bottle wine, all being kept cold by 2 freezer packs, lasted almost 4 days....
