The Hi Gear Phantom 60 +10 SD Rucksack is a multi-purpose pack made from tough fabrics that won't break the bank.
With a 60 litre capacity there is plenty of space for carrying a tent, cooking equipment, food and several changes of clothes, making the Phantom 60+10 perfect for backpacking trips, trekking or Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. If you need a bit more room simply relax the side compression straps to expand the side bellows pockets, each holding another 5 litres. There's also a large lid pocket, internal hidden pocket and 2 side mesh pockets. On top of this there are 4 buckles on the top that can be used with straps (not included) to secure extra items to the top of the pack.
The bottom compartment can be accessed seperately and is divided from the main compartment with a clever drawstring that closes it off. This makes it a great place to store a change of footwear or cooking fuel, where any leaks wont affect kit stored in the main body of the rucsack. On the bottom of the pack there's a neat little pocket that contains the high visibility raincover.
The padded hip belt and shoulder straps, a sliding chest strap and an adjustable sliding back make it easy to tailor the pack to your size and the size of load you are carrying - essential for extra comfort (and enjoyment!) on longer trips.

I am very pleased with both the price and quality of this product. It gives plenty of storage space, and is comfortably padded and adjustable. It is good and sturdy, and I found it to be excellent value, so I was happy to purchase this in preference to other brands on offer.
There are also extra pockets on the outside; one on the lid, two at the sides and two net pockets at the bottom. Handy for those odds-and-ends to be stored on the travels, especially if they need to be accessible.

I was very impressed by the number of features this pack has, it's clearly been designed to compete with packs many time it's price and holds it's own very well. The quality of construction is first class and it's aesthetically far more pleasing than it should be for it's money
Little details like the built in, hi viz water proof cover, detachable clip for keys, adjustable height settings for the straps and back support, the list goes on. Simply a steal and the best value pack available for someone who doesn't want to compromise on quality and features for serious use.
Very pleased indeed.
