bought this pullover smock and have enjoyed many a munro in all weathers . stayed dry/warm/cool does it all and packs away without taking up any space or weight , recommend to anyone , at this price its a no brainer !!! great for mountain biking too

Does what it says on the tin! Weighs almost nothing, packs up to almost nothing and keeps a chilly wind off. OK so it’s not perhaps the most fashionable bit of clothing I have, by frankly who cares when you belaying you climbing partner halfway up Llamberis pass! The sheep don’t care.
It’s a great bit of kit to have with you on day walks too. When you might use a waterproof jacket to just keep the wind off but this is soo much more breathable than any fabric like Gore Tex or eVent, but then it’s not as water resistant as those either.

Why did it take me so long to pick up one of these? For hill-walking & wild-camping it's just what I've been looking for. Packs so small and weighs so little. A really versatile piece of kit, especially once it gets it's TX.Direct wash (shame that it doesn't come pre-treated). Found Paramo's size guide to be spot on, there's room to layer beneath it, but without it being loose or flappy. Gotta feeling I'll be eyeing-up the mountain pull-on now...
